Meeting in a Box
Sometimes your group just doesn’t have the money for a speaker. But it’s fun to have special supplies, fabrics or threads come in for sale. Ask Ellen to send you a box of fabrics and threads for your group to purchase at a meeting. Let her know what you’d like her to send. $100 minimum purchase(from your group collectively). You pay for postage and can send back whatever isn’t sold. Perfect for small groups or a fun shopping evening.

The Color Cookbook Approach

We explore the elements of design to make nature quilts that move and that move you. The design concepts are easy to understand and so much fun. You'll see how to build a path through your quilt that feeds the eye and the soul. The lecture focuses on taking geometric forms, translating them to organic shapes and creating nature quilts that live, move and breathe. Recommended for guilds with an interest in improving art skills.
