Any returned item has to be in the same condition it was when it was sent.
All quilts and tapestries have a 6 month trade up policy. You may trade your piece up for a work of equal or more value for 6 months after purchase

Unsigned books are returnable within two weeks. Signed books are not returnable. Please tell Ellen if and how you want your book signed. If you do not say, she won't sign it.
Fabrics, thread and cheesecloth can be ordered as a package where you pick your own and return the rest. $50 minimum per package.Purchaser pays shipping both ways. All fabric has been washed out twice and should not bleed, but do prewash if you're concerned about shrinkage or bleeding.
PDF Purchases are not returnable.
Because of problems shipping out of country and because of new postage regualtions, Thread Magic Studio will no longer be able to ship orders out of the USA. If you wish to order out of country, Amazon.com can probably reach you for retail orders, and Ingram.com can handle wholesale orders.
Thread Magic Studio does not have a designated shipping staff. Ellen will ship your order as promptly as she can, but she cannot promise a regular time schedule since she's often on the road. If you need something within a specific time schedule, please emailand ask her if she can do that for you.
